INTRODUCTION
Chicken curry is all the non-vegiteriance favorite
dish. Using chicken we can make different dishes like biryani, sup, kheema,
sukha chicken etc. when making the chicken uses different types of spices.
Let’s learn how to make chicken curry.
INGREDIENTS

4-5 tbsp oil
·
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
·
3 tbsp turmeric powder
·
500 gm chicken piece
·
3 tbsp grated dry coconut
·
Finely chopped onion
·
Salt to teste
·
1tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
·
1 tbsp garam masala
·
1 tbsp jira masala
·
1 tbsp dhane powder
·
Coriander leaves
·
Finely chopped tomato
·
Curry leaves
·
2 tbsp kanda lasun masala
PROCESS
Step 1: First wash the chicken pieces then heat up the pan
and add 4 tbsp oil then add chicken. Boil the chicken first during boil add
turmeric and salt.
Step 2: In a pan take dry coconut roast on medium heat
until it gets reddish color for about 2-3 minutes. Transfer the roasted coconut
into a blender pot.
Step 3: In the pan add sliced onion roasted for 7-8
minutes until onions turns red. turn off
the gas and transfer the roasted onion into a blender pot.
Step 4: When the onion cools down add coriander leaves,
curry leaves, coconut, tomato, and onion blend it into a paste.
Step 5: Another pan heat up and add 2 tbsp oil when the oil
gets enough hot add the paste and fry it for about 4 minutes. Then add garam masala,
jeera powder, dhane powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, and kanda lasun
masala.
Step 6: fry masala until the release oil for about 7-8
minutes. Then add boiled chicken into it. Fry well for about 3 minutes.
Step 7: then add hot water. You can adjust the
consistency according to your teste.
Step 8: add salt keep in mind you have added salt while
cooking the chicken so adjust accordingly. Cover and cook on low flame for
about 20 minutes.
Step 9: turn off the gas chicken curry is ready.
TIPS
§ This chicken curry goes well with jawar or bajra
bhakri.
§
Serve
the curry with lots of tarry because tarry makes teste become
double.
