TANDLACHI BHAKRI

 

INTRODUCTION

Todays recipe is tandlachi bhakri. Bhakri is just amazing and soft and thin. This bhakri agri samaj make regularly. Tandlachi bhakri goes well with the non – veg.

INGREDIENS

·       Water

·       Pinch of salt

·       Rice flour

PROCESS

Step 1 : Heat up water in a pan then add pinch of salt. When water begains to boil, turn off the gas and add rice flour and mix well.

Step 2 : Transfer the ukad into a dish.

Step 3 : Knead the ukad really very good when still hot until it turns nice soft and homogenous. Use water while kneading.

Step 4 : Take small dough boll and pat it into a bhakri with your hand in a big dish. Pat as thin as possible.

Step 5 : Heat up a skillet and transfer a bhakri on it.

Step 6 : When lower is roasted a little flip the bhakri over and roast the bhakri from the other side.

Step 7 : When the bhakri roasted from the other side flip the bhakri over and roast completely

Step 8 : When bhakri puffs up press it along the edges so that it gets roasted well from edges too.

Step 9 : Turn off the gas and take the bhakri into a dish. Tandlachi bhakri is ready.

NOTE

§  Adding salt if you want its totally optional.

§  Make sure the ukad does’nt cool down before knead.
